This event is organised by the Council for the Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) on behalf of National Earth Observations and Space Secretariat (NEOSS) in collaboration with the South African National Space Agency also referred to as the Organisers.
By submitting the registration form/s, the participants confirm that they have read and agreed to the terms of participation in the event.
The organisers reserve the right to update and/or change the terms of participation, in case of unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified in time about any changes that might occur.
Compliance with the terms and conditions of the event, as indicated in the sections below is mandatory for every participant without any exceptions.
- The event is not open to the public. To attend or participate in the event, either one should register.
- The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme of the event at any time without previous notification.
- Participants are obliged to keep to the deadlines of the sessions, as well as the activities, as set by the organisers.
- Participants should bring masks with them to wear at all times during the event.
- The exhibitors should fit out the Stand Space on the stand location allocated to the organisation and do so in accordance with these Conditions of Participation and any other instructions given by the organisers.
- The organisers are not responsible for changes which may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters (e.g. earthquakes, fires, pandemics, etc.), terrorist attacks, strikes, wars and so on.
- The organisers are in no way responsible for any lost item no matter where this loss might occur. Participants are responsible for the safekeeping of personal items, as well as any electronic or other portable devices such as laptops, mobile phones, tablets, etc.
- The organisers reserve the right to upload digital material (photographs, videos) in the mass media (TV, the Internet, etc.). Royalties of this material belong to the organisers. By submitting their applications, the participants forfeit all rights and claims to the material in which they appear. They also agree not to object to photo shooting of scenes or the recording of moving visual images in which they appear.
- The Organisers are not responsible in case a participant gets infected by the Corona virus.
- In case of serious offence or non-conformity with the principles of the Event participation, participation of the participant concerned in the Event will be terminated.
- Applicable Law in this Agreement, as well as rights and obligations of the parties arising from this Agreement, is the law of the of the Republic of South Africa.
